Stress Management Health Hut

Stop by, and learn some stress reduction techniques through a fun interactive activity! This event is sponsored by Meadows Center for Health Resources, and the Student Health and Wellness Center.

The activities are different each month;

  • Oct. 4th: DIY Calm Bottles
  • Nov. 1st: DIY Trail Mix
  • Dec. 6th: Zombie Survival Kits
