Mindful Study Breaks

UNT Libraries is conducting a research study on mindful study breaks. If you are 18 years of age, you may be eligible to participate. You may qualify to participate in a research study examining the effects of mindful study breaks if you have an interest in how mindfulness improves emotional wellbeing and reduces stress. Eligible subjects will undergo mindful breathing exercises and reflection of emotional wellbeing.

Subjects will not be compensated.
