Faculty and staff are invited to attend the Health and Lifestyle Expo, brought to you by Health Dimensions and presented by the Faculty and Staff Wellbeing Advisory Board. The event includes more than 25 health and wellness-related vendors, including UNT Benefits HR staff who will be on site to answer benefits questions, other informational exhibits, health screenings, massages, goodie bags, prizes and more.

Please be sure to bring your health insurance card and state issued ID with you.

ProSalutem (biometric screenings including blood tests). Sign up for your screening.
Wellness Diagnostic First (cardiovascular screenings) Send an email to register for your screening with your name and preferred session time.

• Registration is on a first come, first served basis as there are limited sessions available
• Session times begin at 9 a.m. and are available until 1:20 p.m.
