Abstract: Nanophotonics enables precise control of light and heat at the nanoscale, opening new opportunities in linear, nonlinear, quantum, and thermal optical phenomena. In this talk, Dr. Argyropoulos will present recent advances in nanophotonic systems with novel functionalities, spanning metamaterials, nanoantennas, plasmonics, optical chirality, quantum emitters, and thermal radiation control, with applications in quantum technologies, nanolasers, radiative cooling, and integrated photonic devices.
