Take a minute to complete the form at the thanks.unt.edu link and share your appreciation with your teachers. You may complete as many of these forms as you wish (one for each teacher you wish to thank) with the option to remain anonymous. Student notes are sent to faculty throughout the semester as part of a letter of recognition from the Provost.
