Course Description

This course allows students to utilize SketchUp for Web, to learn architectural concepts and artistic renderings of structures.  Students design, model and edit their dream house, using precise measurements which would allow for building to specs in the real world. Students will learn elements of how architects begin a design, including materials and plans. (Please note you will need an account, you may want to set it up before your class)

Course Goals and Objectives

The goal of the course is to have students develop and enrich their understanding of Architectural design and planning. Students will be provided with real-world, hands-on practical activities and projects to help them become proficient users SketchUp, software that is commonly used in the industry.
