Course Description

The Spark has several Cricut cutting machines. According to thier website "Cricut® makes smart cutting machines that work with an easy-to-use app to help you design and personalize almost anything — custom cards, unique apparel, everyday items, and so much more". This course introduces attendees to Design Space as well as the Cricut machine. In this class we will make a small 3D paper (cardstock) project, while learning the features and options in the software to design your future projects.

Course Goals and Objectives

Materials will be provided for the workshop. In the session we will:

• Learn the basics of the Cricut Explore Air and Maker machines
• Learn to navigate Design Space, Cricut's software for machine use and design
• Explore the options for ways to use the machine for additional projects and materials
