SMART Recovery Family & Friends is a program that supports individuals who have a loved one dealing with addiction. It provides evidence-based tools and strategies to help family members and friends cope with the challenges of supporting someone in recovery. The the support group program emphasizes building healthier relationships, setting boundaries, and focusing on personal well-being, while encouraging a compassionate and understanding approach to addiction. By empowering loved ones to take care of themselves and communicate effectively, SMART Recovery Family & Friends strengthens both the individual and the support system in the recovery process.

Our SMART family and friends meeting will meet weekly on Wednesdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm in Chestnut Hall room 301c.
