This retreat is a unique retreat in the world where it helps you to know more about the mind. It also includes some leadership based activities
The SKY Campus Happiness program is a mind blowing, exclusive, evidence-based well-being and resilience course designed specifically for students. Through three transformative sessions, young adults (18-35) are introduced to powerful breathwork, Learn Sudarshan Kriya, emotional intelligence training, social connection exercises, and light yoga/warmups. The program equips students with tools to handle stressful situations, manage assignments effectively, and foster healthier relationships. Helps in decision making. By the end of the first session, students often experience significant reductions in anger and stress, enhanced focus, and improved sleep.
In the first session only student can feel significant amount of calm mind with more happiness.
