WEEKEND CAMP- Registration open through Feb. 9.

Eisenhower State Park, TX 

Spend the weekend Feb. 14 and 15 perfecting your campcraft and exploring various trails with us in Eisenhower State Park. Whether you are interested in fire building, outdoor cooking, or knot tying – this two-day trip has it all! 

Starting early in the morning, we will drive together as a group to Eisenhower State Park. Once we arrive, we’ll set up our campsite and begin exploring the park’s scenic trails. Throughout the weekend, you’ll have the chance to practice and perfect a variety of outdoor skills while enjoying time in nature with the group. In the evenings, we’ll relax around the campfire and settle in for a peaceful night under the stars. After packing up on Saturday morning, we’ll make the drive back to UNT by mid-to-late afternoon. 

Upon registering for this trip, you will be required to attend a mandatory pre-trip meeting on Feb. 10 from 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. Here you will meet your trip leaders and fellow participants, receive more in-depth information about the trip and what to bring, and provide our staff with medical and emergency contact information.
