Being an RA presents unique and difficult challenges. Having a space to process, connect with others, and be supported can provide relief and empowerment. Ras are invited to bring their concerns, challenges, and successes to a support group developed specifically for them. This group is a great opportunity for self-care and growth as an RA, a student, and a person.
