Join the Office of Disability Access for an ODA Town Hall on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, from 3:00–4:30 p.m. via Zoom.

This virtual Town Hall is designed for UNT faculty and staff who want to learn more about disability access, ODA services, and the many resources across UNT that support members of our community with disabilities.

During the Town Hall, we’ll share current ODA data and trends, highlight changes and improvements made over the past year to better serve the UNT community, and provide an overview of ODA’s role and services. We’ll also discuss how the accommodation process works, the role faculty and staff play in supporting access, the difference between individual accommodations and broader institutional accessibility, and how we can work together to identify and address disability-related barriers.

Campus partners will also share information about additional resources available to people with disabilities across UNT and help clarify where faculty and staff can turn when disability- and accessibility-related questions arise.

We want to hear from you! Faculty and staff are encouraged to submit questions in advance so we can address as many topics as possible during the Town Hall. Questions submitted ahead of time will help us identify common themes and prepare thoughtful, useful responses. We will also take a limited number of questions during the live event as time allows.
