All UNT researchers are invited to participate in our research education and informational series once a month.  Each session will be led by a topic expert offering guidance and tips, while answering some of the most frequently asked questions by UNT researchers.  These hour-long discussions are a comfortable conversation where no question is too basic, too simple, or too complicated.  Our team, partnered with faculty and staff researchers, will bring the conversation to you.

This session will be led by :

  • Sarah Romack, Director, Ethics and International Research Compliance
  • Meg Cochran, Research Security and Export Control Officer

Topics will include:

  • Exploring federal research security requirements and how they impact faculty, staff, and research collaborations at UNT.
  • Learning best practices for protecting data, managing international engagements, and navigating disclosure obligations.
  • Understanding UNT's institutional resources and compliance frameworks that support secure and responsible research.

This event will be held virtually via Zoom.

A link will be provided upon registration.
