What is the Next Generation Leadership for Data Analytics and Technological Advancement Summer Camp for High School Students?
This program will foster interest in information science and data science within local DFW communities and develop the next generation of leaders within these fields. This will be a five-day camp with each day running from 9am to 3pm, with a half-hour lunch and two ten-minute breaks. Each day aligns with one or both of the topics of data analytics and technological advancement (e.g., basic concepts of data science, interaction with AI/chatbots, human-technology interaction, programming). Interactive activities in this camp will emphasize the principles of leadership and teamwork within data science. Students should bring laptops. Focusing on Python programming, data analytics, text analysis - this is a technical camp for programmers - intended for high school students with a passion for coding and analytics. The camp will start at a basic level and grow in skill-level difficulty as the week progresses.

Cost
$350 for the 5-day camp. Meals are not included.
