15-week workshop meeting for 1 hour in which participants will learn and be led in the practice of a technique for meditation and mindfulness and be provided with psychoeducation on skills as related to supporting mental health.  Objective of the group is to introduce, increase understanding of, and support students in the practice and application of skills as they develop greater agency in where their minds go.
