For campers ages 7 and under, the main camp objective will be an introduction to basic soccer skills & techniques through the teaching of age-appropriate concepts in various exercises and fun games.

For campers ages 8 to 14, the camp objectives will change daily, with activities designed for each specific age group. Each day, campers will learn various skills and techniques before applying them in small-sided games and scrimmages. 

Additionally, for our Goalkeeper campers ages 8 to 14, we will offer 1 hour of goalkeeper training focused on technique and skill development. 

On the first day of camp, all campers will be placed in small groups (fewer than 12) based on age, gender, and ability, to allow for individualized attention from UNT’s camp coaches, which include current collegiate soccer players, Mean Green soccer alumni, and coaching staff. If any camper would like to move up or down, or change groups completely, please notify their camp coach before the start of day two so we can accommodate the request!
