Small Group Training: Mean Green PERFORM

Train for the ultimate test of fitness. This high energy training series is built for HYROX athletes and anyone preparing for hybrid fitness competitions. Improve your speed, power, endurance, and functional strength. Get race-ready, push your limits, and PERFORM like never before.

What to Expect:

  • Explosive workouts focused on speed, agility, power, and reaction time

  • Coaching from skilled instructors to refine movement and maximize performance

  • Small group support to push you further and keep you accountable

  • Progress tracking and intentional programming to help you reach new heights

Fall Semester Details:

  • Time/Day: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Session 1 Dates: September 9 - October 2

  • Session 2 Dates: October 14 - November 6

  • Price: $45 for the full 4-week series (includes 8 sessions)

Class Size:

  • Minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 12.
  • If fewer than 4 participants register, the class may be canceled and refunds issued.
