Time/Day: Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:15 PM – 6:15 PM

Price: $45 for the full 4-week series (includes 8 sessions)
What to Bring:
- Comfortable workout attire and closed-toe athletic shoes.
- A water bottle to stay hydrated.
- Optional: A notebook to track your progress and key tips!
Where to Meet:
- Pohl Rec Center, Weight Room. Look for our instructors in the green shirt, near the weightroom desk, 5 minutes before class begins.
What You’ll Gain:

Class Size:
- Minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 12.
- If fewer than 4 participants register, the class may be canceled, and refunds will be issued.
