What to Expect:
Mobility drills that target joint health and range of motion for athletic performance
Flexibility work to improve posture, muscle balance, and movement efficiency
Myofascial release techniques to reduce soreness and improve tissue quality

Expert coaching focused on helping athletes move with precision and purpose
FALL Semester Details:
Time/Day: Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Session 1 Dates: September 8 - October 1
Session 2 Dates: October 13 - November 5
Price: $45 for the full 4-week series (includes 8 sessions)
Class Size:
Minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 12.
If fewer than 4 participants register, the class may be canceled and refunds issued.
