Mean Green FLOW is designed to enhance flexibility, improve movement quality, and support joint health—making it the perfect complement to high-intensity training. Whether you're preparing for peak performance or prioritizing longevity in your sport, FLOW helps you move better, recover faster, and reduce injury risk.

What to Expect:

  • Mobility drills that target joint health and range of motion for athletic performance

  • Flexibility work to improve posture, muscle balance, and movement efficiency

  • Myofascial release techniques to reduce soreness and improve tissue quality

  • Dynamic balance training to enhance body control, coordination, and injury prevention

  • Expert coaching focused on helping athletes move with precision and purpose

Details:

  • Time/Day: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:15 PM – 6:15 PM

  • Session 1 Dates: May 27 – June 24 (No class on June 19)

  • Session 2 Dates: July 1 – July 24

  • Price: $45 for the full 4-week series (includes 8 sessions)

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable athletic wear and closed-toe shoes or grip socks

  • A water bottle to stay hydrated

  • Optional: Yoga mat or towel, and a notebook to track key movements and recovery tools

Pohl Rec Center. Look for our instructors in green near the weight room desk 5 minutes before class begins.

Class Size:
