  theme for 2024: Pursue the Leadership Path: Who’s Walking with You?\, w
 ill entail elements that make up the Relational Model of Leadership like a
  common set of values to move an initiative forward\, standards of moralit
 y in leadership\, sharing power with others to embrace what they have to o
 ffer\, and the group and how it works together.\n\n \n\nStudents will bett
 er understand and practice their leadership skills by attending the summit
 s. This annual summit not only serves as an outstanding training tool for 
 leaders but also provides a unique opportunity for leaders to become acqua
 inted with other student leaders and university administration.
