Formerly known as All for NT/NT for All, LEAD is a one-day conference, hosted by NT40, focused on introducing students to topics that enhance their leadership skills and connecting them to other students to create a network of support. LEAD stands for Lead, Explore, Aspire, and Develop, where students lead with purpose, explore their potential, aspire to make an impact, and develop the foundation of lifelong leadership.

This year's conference theme, Leading Without Limits, celebrates the idea that there is no one way to lead. We encourage students to lead authentically, explore who they are, aspire to become their best selves, and develop skills for lifelong leadership.

The conference will take place in-person in Union 333 or online via Teams.
