The Media Library and the Media Arts department are thrilled to be hosting Global Game Jam 2025 at the University of North Texas! This site will be open for all UNT students to join (but only UNT students, sorry, Denton).

Jammers can find the Media Library in Willis Library on the second floor. The library will be open 24/7 from the 20th to the 26th; however, the event will only be actively hosted, and food will only be provided for the listed 48-hour period.

While the site has computers with Unreal Engine, students are still encouraged to bring their own laptops if there aren't enough machines for everyone or if jammers want a specific program the library doesn't have. Likewise, the Willis Library has plenty of comfortable chairs and couches, but students are also encouraged to bring supplies to help them stay comfortable (i.e., sleeping bags, pillows, comfy clothes, snacks, etc.).
