UNT Counseling and Testing Services and First Generation Success Center have teamed up to provide a safe space for first generation college students to meet each other, share experiences, and engage in thoughtful discussions on issues related to adjusting to life as college student while enjoying a picnic! Topics include but not limited to: navigating unfamiliar situations, managing responsibilities, translating abilities to college success and empowerment through connecting with help and support. Snacks provided!
