Ease Up Eagles is a de-stress event designed to help students relax, recharge, and reconnect before finals. It is open to student org members and anyone craving a pre-finals boost. Hosted in the Student Org Workspace, this event invites student org members/officers (or those hoping to be members/officers) to take a much-needed pause from studying through a variety of low-pressure, engaging and community-centered activities. Attendees will enjoy classic games like Jenga, Connect 4, and conversation-based activities like This or That and Deep Dilemma — all created to spark laughter, conversation, and meaningful connection. The atmosphere will be upbeat, encouraging, and full of affirmations that remind students to prioritize their mental health and self-care.
