DAY HIKE - Registration open November 3^rd – November 17^th

Clear Creek Natural Heritage Center, TX

Hike along the trails of the Clear Creek Natural Heritage Center, located right here in Denton County. Trek through the Bois d’Arc forest to the wide expanse of the wetlands along the Elm Fork of the Trinity River.

Starting early in the morning, we will meet as a group at Clear Creek Natural Heritage Center, located right here in Denton County. We’ll hike through the Bois d’Arc forest and along the wetlands of the Elm Fork of the Trinity River, enjoying local wildlife and natural scenery. The hike will last a few hours, followed by a lunch break (please bring your own meal) before we wrap up in the afternoon

Upon registering for this trip, you will be required to attend a mandatory pre-trip meeting on November 18^th from 7:00pm – 8:00pm.Here you will meet your trip leaders and fellow participants, receive more in-depth information about the trip and what to bring, and provide our staff with medical and emergency contact information.
