We will listen to different types of music together and discuss ways music helps people express their emotions and connect with others.  Group leaders will bring in songs of various genres each week but will also encourage attendees to bring in songs that they would like to share with the group.  Attendees will be encouraged to share how they feel about the music that is played in the workshop.
