Our latest gallery exhibition is BOLO-A-RAMA!

BOLO-A-RAMA is a reimagining of the iconic bolo tie form by the UNT Intermediate Metalsmithing & Jewelry Plasticity class. The works showcase a dynamic exploration of the bolo tie as both functional adornment and expressive art form. The results challenge conventional notions of fashion and identity.

This exhibition highlights a diverse range of approaches—from intricate metalwork and innovative materials to conceptual designs that explore themes of culture, heritage, and self-expression. Each piece serves as a reflection of the artist’s engagement with tradition while pushing the boundaries of wearable art. By examining the bolo tie as a canvas for creativity, Bolo-a-rama offers viewers a fresh perspective on this iconic accessory.

This exhibition will be on view in our mezzanine level gallery from April 4 - April 19.
