We are excited to announce that the application period for the AccoUNTable Supervisor Program 2026 Fall Cohort will open on Wednesday, Sept. 2.

This system-wide leadership development program is designed to equip supervisors with foundational skills for leading people, building effective relationships, and strengthening team performance, engagement and retention. The program serves leaders across various stages of their leadership journey, with a values-based focus to support growth and development. 

Applications will be accepted Sept. 2 - Sept. 15.

Cohort sessions will take place in-person once a week on Thursdays from 9 a.m. - noon from Oct. 8 - Nov. 12, at the UNT System Business Services Center (BSC), 1112 Dallas Dr., Denton, TX 76205, Room 4202 A/B.

Please note: Managers must receive approval from their supervisor to participate in the program.
