 odel believes that relationships are the key to leadership effectiveness a
 nd values\, ethics\, and purpose.\n\n \n\nOur theme for 2024: Pursue the L
 eadership Path: Who’s Walking with You?\n\nThis will focus on elements t
 hat make up the Relational Model of Leadership like a common set of values
  to move an initiative forward\, standards of morality in leadership\, sha
 ring power with others to embrace what they have to offer\, and the group
