The Center for Leadership and Service and NT40 presents the 2024 All for NT/NT for All Leadership Conference!  

What is the All for NT/NT for All Leadership Conference? 

 A four hour conference focused on introducing students to topics that enhance their leadership skills and connecting them to other students to create a network of support. The conference focuses on the Relational Model of Leadership, where people attempt to accomplish a vision together that benefits the common goal. This model believes that relationships are the key to leadership effectiveness and values, ethics, and purpose.

Our theme for 2024: Pursue the Leadership Path: Who’s Walking with You?

This will focus on elements that make up the Relational Model of Leadership like a common set of values to move an initiative forward, standards of morality in leadership, sharing power with others to embrace what they have to offer, and the group and how it works together.
