Verbal Communication

We will focus on words, both written and spoken, when interacting as a team and with customers.   Discussions will focus on how our words impact communication and the customer service experience. 
By the end of this session, you will have identified words and phrases from your internal language and identified an optional way of saying/using these words that will help improve the way you communicate with others.

To register:

  1. Log-in to the appropriate EIS Campus Portal
  2. On the left side menu -- scroll down and select “Training & Development”
  3. Select "Training Enrollment"
  4. Select “Search by Course Number”
  5. Type in the Course Number of the class you are interested in (AP16C4)
  6. Click on "View Available Sessions"
  7. Click on the session number you are interested in
  8. Click on "Continue"
  9. Click on "Submit"
  10. Click on "OK"
