Each of us has our own personal expectations when it comes to customer service, but we all know really good service (in fact, excellent service) when we see it.  It's that special touch that makes us feel like someone cares.
"Improve customer service" is a broad goal, and one that is hard to achieve without an understanding of the many behaviors and human  relationship components of good customer service.  In this session, we will strive to help you see customer service in a new light.
Learning Outcomes:
- Create an awareness around customer expectations.
- Learn why customer satisfaction is based on perception.
- Introduce the Service Excellence equation.
- Explore the concepts and benefits of excellent service.  

To register:

  1. Log-in to the appropriate EIS Campus Portal
  2. On the left side menu -- scroll down and select “Training & Development”
  3. Select "Training Enrollment"
  4. Select “Search by Course Number”
  5. Type in the Course Number of the class you are interested in (AP16SE)
  6. Click on "View Available Sessions"
  7. Click on the session number you are interested in
  8. Click on "Continue"
  9. Click on "Submit"
  10. Click on "OK"
