Examines the efforts of three people who are deaf or hearing impaired to realize their personal connections to music. A music journalist developed severe tinnitus and lost hearing in one ear, so he had to relearn how to listen to music. A young girl who lost her hearing to meningitis at the age of fourteen months develops the ability to play the cello and the piano. A young deaf woman achieves her ambition to dance. Reveals how the mind can circumvent seemingly insurmountable obstacles. (76 min)
