Crossfit Training: Session I
CrossFit uses functional movements at high intensity to achieve fitness. We use kettlebells, olympic lifts, body weight exercises, plyometrics, and medicine balls that will help increase performance. Workouts are intense, but designed for any committed individual regardless of experience.
