Boot Camp: Session II

This early morning bootcamp class is an intense cardiovascular and muscle strengthening program led by our certified personal trainers. From sports drills to plyometrics, anything goes! Fitness assesments are completed the first and last day of bootcamp to show your progress. Prizes are awarded to participants that improve the most!
