Beach Body Boot Camp

Let us help you get ready for summer! This early morning bootcamp is an intense cardiovascular and muscle strengthening program led by our certified personal trainers. From sports drills to plyometrics, anything goes!

Session I: May 13-May 31
Register by May 10
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 6:30-7:30am

Students must be enrolled during Maymester classes or purchase a 3Wk membership to the Rec Center
