Autism: A Lecture and Discussion with Dr. Temple Grandin
Dr. Temple Grandin is widely considered one of the most important voices in the Autism Spectrum Disorder community. She is a respected scientist, a busy college professor, a noted public speaker – and a person living with autism.
Dr. Grandin will discuss her journey and offer her thoughts on the mysteries of Autism Spectrum Disorder in this exclusive Dallas engagement designed for parents, practitioners, educators and anyone who has a loved one on the spectrum.
The lecture will be followed by a panel discussion featuring experts from the University of North Texas and the UNT Kristin Farmer Autism Center, who will answer questions from the audience and offer insights into current research and best practices.
Light refreshments and coffee will be served.
Pre-registration is highly encouraged as the event is expected to sell out.
