University Day will also coincide with UNT's Honors Day convocation, which will be at 3 p.m. in the Murchison Performing Arts Center.
Honors Day recognizes students who have excelled in the general and specific pursuit of their educational goals, to honor individuals and groups who have made outstanding contributions to UNT, and to provide an opportunity for the university community to pay tribute to its deserving members. The convocation serves to dramatize the achievements of exemplary individuals in both academic and non-academic endeavors.
